returns + refunds

Each of our products are hand-poured and may vary slightly. Temperatures during shipment may impact our candles and wax melts. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase along with receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot accept return of any used products. We are happy to work with our customers to fix any issues with orders, especially in relation to damaged goods during transit.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid by the customer. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Hot Weather Shipments

In order to avoid your order sitting on a mail truck or in a warehouse over the weekend during warmer months, orders that are placed after 10am on Friday or on Saturday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Rescue Donations

Participating rescue organizations are required to provide Rescuewicks with a copy of their 501(c)(3) non-profit determination letter issued by the IRS. Rescuewicks customers are provided a drop down of participating rescue organizations at checkout where they can identify which they wish their purchase to benefit. Donations are disbursed on a quarterly basis. Customer identifying information is not shared with participating organizations.
